Guests can expect dishes such as creative dumplings and premium meats served on the seventh floor of the Moxy Hotel, which will also feature a rooftop lounge. Expanding beyond its New York roots, Brooklyn Chop House aims to bring the same attention it received in its original location to Miami. The restaurant follows the success of Brooklyn Dumpling Shop at MiamiCentral, offering a preview of the concept to local diners.
In addition to Brooklyn Chop House’s debut, Cava continues to expand across South Florida, and Erewhon Market, a California-based luxury health-food retailer, has indicated interest in opening a Miami location, according to the South Florida Business Journal.
Brooklyn Chop House’s menu will include a variety of specialty dumplings such as pastrami, Philly cheesesteak, and vegan Impossible burger versions, alongside steak and chop options like a 48-ounce tomahawk, highlighting the blend of New York and Asian culinary influences.
