According to the National Weather Service, Tonight, there’s a slight 20% chance of light rain or sprinkles, with clouds increasing and temperatures dropping to around 50°F. Winds could gust up to 26 mph. On Tuesday, expect more clouds, a high near 62°F, and stronger west winds of 10–20 mph, gusting up to 33 mph. The night will stay partly cloudy with lows around 44°F.
The midweek forecast looks pleasant overall. Wednesday will be mostly sunny with a high near 57°F and west winds around 13–17 mph. By Thursday, winds will ease a bit, and it will stay sunny with a high near 59°F and light west winds up to 18 mph.
The calm weather will change heading into the weekend. There’s a 40% chance of showers Friday night, with rain likely continuing through Saturday. Skies will stay mostly cloudy, with highs near 60°F and lows around 49°F. By Sunday, rain chances drop to 20%, and partial sunshine returns with highs around 66°F.
The NWS has issued a hazardous weather outlook for central Indiana. Patchy frost appeared this morning in the northern Wabash Valley and may return later in the week.
