This news comes straight from the officials of Montgomery County, who have shared that these positions offer not only practical experience but a paycheck to go along with it. State Rep. Beau Baird (R-Greencastle) emphasized that this is more than just making coffee or shadowing professionals—it's about being actively involved in state government workings. The program promises a full-time commitment, with interns working from Monday to Friday during the session period.
