Looking ahead, tomorrow promises to greet residents with sunny skies and a high nearing 87 degrees. The calm conditions are expected to continue into tomorrow night, which will be mostly clear with the low settling around 61 degrees. With light winds turning south-southwest around 5 mph, it provides a gentle touch to an otherwise tranquil evening.
For the weekend, conditions are predicted to maintain their sunny disposition. Saturday's forecast suggests a high of approximately 86 degrees with calm winds becoming southerly in the afternoon. As night descends, the temperature is slated to drop to around 60 degrees under mostly clear skies and a gentle south southeast wind.
The new week will commence with much of the same, with sunny skies and highs in the low to mid 80s. But come Monday night, there is a 30% chance of showers and possible thunderstorms, initiating a shift in the pattern previously bestowed upon us. By Tuesday, the chances of rainfall rise slightly with "a 40 percent chance of showers," according to the forecast by NWS.
Residents should temper expectations of clear skies as the week progresses, with Wednesday presenting a 20% chance of showers amidst mostly sunny conditions.
