The weather this week is expected to gradually become less clear. On Tuesday, isolated showers are possible after 2 p.m., with a 20 percent chance of precipitation and a high near 60°F. By Tuesday night, the chance of showers increases to 60 percent as cloud cover becomes more widespread. Rainfall amounts are forecast to be less than one-tenth of an inch, with wind gusts up to 20 mph, according to the NWS.
As the week continues, rain becomes increasingly likely, with Wednesday bringing a 70 percent chance of showers. Cooler temperatures are expected, with a high near 53°F. An east wind around 14 mph, with gusts up to 25 mph, is anticipated. Rainfall amounts between a quarter and half an inch are possible.
Rain is likely to continue Wednesday night, with a 60 percent chance of showers and new rainfall between one-tenth and one-quarter of an inch. Rain chances remain through the end of the week, decreasing to 50 percent on Thursday and 30 percent Thursday night. On Friday, there is a 20 percent chance of showers in the morning, followed by partly sunny conditions.
For the weekend, Saturday is expected to be mostly sunny with a high near 56°F. Saturday night has a 20 percent chance of rain. Sunday has a 30 percent chance of rain with partly sunny skies and a high near 56°F.
