According to a social media post by the Noblesville Fire Department, the training led by Chief McGrail provided an educational opportunity for department personnel. The post stated that his visit allowed crews to gain firsthand knowledge from a recognized expert in high-rise firefighting.
The department plans to apply the techniques and strategies covered in the training to improve command and operational procedures during high-rise emergencies.
