Described as standing 5’5” and weighing approximately 155 lbs with blonde brown hair, Joanne's disappearance has raised immediate concern. According to the police department's social media post, she wandered from home between 7:30 and 9:30 AM. The department is actively seeking information and has asked anyone to promptly come forward with any sightings or information that may assist in locating her.
