
Violence disrupted the streets of Royal Palm Beach yesterday evening leaving one man dead and another hospitalized with gunshot wounds. NBC Miami reports that the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office responded to a call regarding gunfire in the 100 block of Starling Avenue, shortly before the clock touched 5 p.m. When deputies arrived, they discovered the scene with two vehicles, both directed the same way—one on the road and the other by the swale.
At the scene, officers confirmed the death of one man. In a race against time to save lives, a second man was found shot and urgently transported to the hospital, with his condition remaining undisclosed. WFLX details that detectives from the Violent Crimes Division are treating this distressing event as a homicide case.
The security of the public is purportedly not at risk, with authorities stating that "all individuals involved" have been accounted for, as per the press.
