Eyler, with roots tracing back to Vincennes, Indiana, relocated to the Indianapolis area during her youth, ultimately shaping a career in law that spans over two decades.
Her path was set early, inspired by a childhood surrounded by legal texts and the pursuit of her mother, who was studying to be a paralegal at the time. "Becoming a lawyer has been my dream since I was nine years old," Eyler remembered, a sentiment captured by the Hamilton County's announcement. Education played a pivotal role, with Eyler attaining a Bachelor of Science in Business from IUPUI, followed by a law degree from Indiana University McKinney School of Law, grounding her practice in civil litigation, criminal defense, among other legal disciplines.
Eyler's professional journey began in downtown Indianapolis, involved a swath of legal areas ranging from zoning to probate law. Her skills, honed in the diverse practice, eventually led her to Webster & Garino LLC in 2018, where she made partner two years later. On her trajectory, she emphasized the gratification derived from aiding individuals in navigating the complexities of legal disputes, which she conveyed as the purest form of professional fulfillment.
Her appointment was met with endorsements from her peers, including Judge Andrew Bloch, who before his own appointment to the Hamilton County Circuit Court bench by Governor Eric Holcomb last year, had served as a magistrate judge.
