The holiday season brought big winnings to seven Indiana residents in recent Powerball drawings. Lottery officials confirmed that one winner claimed $150,000 last Saturday, while three others from the same drawing each won $50,000, FOX59 reported. The winning numbers were 4-5-28-52-69, with a Powerball of 20 and a 3X Power Play multiplier.
Additional winners came from the Monday Powerball drawing, with one taking home $100,000 and two others winning $50,000 each, according to WTHR. The winning numbers were 3-18-36-41-54, with a Powerball of 7 and a 2X Power Play multiplier.
Ahead of the $1.7 billion Powerball drawing yesterday, these winners represent part of the more than $7 million claimed by Indiana residents since September 8. As per WNDU, two of the $50,000-winning tickets were purchased in Michiana, specifically in the towns of LaPorte and Rochester.
