The incident was caused by several juveniles creating a disturbance, which led to a large law enforcement response. Officers inspected the area and confirmed that there was no active threat.
Castleton Mall continued normal operations and closed at its scheduled time of 9:00 p.m. IMPD advised parents and guardians to stay aware of their children’s activities in public spaces.
