In a Facebook notice, the Hays County Sheriff's Office said the reported exposure happened on Nov. 29 and assigned it case number HCSO 2025-70628. The post describes the suspect as an unidentified Black male, estimated to be 25 to 35 years old, wearing a black bonnet, a Marvel T-shirt and red-and-black checkered pajama pants. Deputies say he also had glasses, facial hair and possible dreadlocks, and that he left the scene in a blue Mazda 3. Hays County Sheriff's Office shared photos from the incident and asked anyone who recognizes the man to contact Detective Kopec.
