The National Weather Service predicts a 40 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms today, primarily after 10 a.m. Despite the balmy cloud cover, temperatures are expected to crest at a comfortable 76°F.
As the clouds hover, the northeast wind nudges the thermometer just shy of yesterday's highs. According to NBC Miami, we should anticipate "a little more sunshine on Wednesday along with warmer temperature, but it won't last long.” An incoming front tomorrow evening could lead to crisper conditions, possibly dropping temperatures into the 50s by Thursday morning.
Looking towards the end of the week, the forecast from the National Weather Service indicates mostly sunny weather with highs bouncing back to the vicinity of 78°F on Friday, with the north wind altering course to the east in the afternoon. Meanwhile, the night brings a mostly cloudy sky and the mercury leveling at a moderate 68°F.
The aforementioned temperature roller coaster presses on into the weekend, pushing daytime highs into the more-than-comfortable 80-degree range.
