Last night, law enforcement activity increased on the streets of Pinellas County as sheriff’s deputies focused on DUI and related offenses. The "Wolf Pack" operation, conducted by the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office.

According to the social media update, 16 individuals were arrested for DUI during the operation. Deputies also filed felony drug charges against two suspects and misdemeanor drug charges against three others. Other driving-related offenses included 15 citations and two arrests for Driving While License Suspended or Revoked (DWLSR). Additionally, one felony arrest was made and two warrants were served.

During the operation, a total of 233 traffic citations were issued. Speeding violations accounted for 90 of those tickets, while other citations were issued for lack of insurance, seat belt violations, and various other moving and non-moving offenses.
