The newly minted Clutch Kitchen, which started off at Lucas Oil Stadium this fall under the same moniker, has been turning heads with its redefined stadium fare, such as the bacon jam-loaded tots, finger-licking chicken wings, and its standout Cuban sandwich, now embarking on a culinary evolution in Fishers with Sun King Fishers providing craft brew pairings. Mayor Scott Fadness praised the initiative, highlighting the city's focus on introducing dynamic and unique culinary options to Fishers.
