Following the immediate concern, a Cold Weather Advisory is set to take over from 10 PM this evening through 11 AM Wednesday. This advisory cautions of "very cold wind chills as low as 10 to 20 below zero," which presents the risk of frostbite on exposed skin within 30 minutes, as noted in statements by the National Weather Service.
