The Westfield Police Department is currently seeking information on the whereabouts of an 18-year-old female, Nevaeh Schmidt, who has been reported missing since January 5, 2026. According to the Westfield Police Department - Indiana's social media post, Nevaeh was last seen at her residence in the 17000 block of Washington St. Westfield, IN and was believed to be heading to a friend's house in Indianapolis.
Investigation into her disappearance indicates that she may have left of her own accord, yet the specifics of her departure remain uncertain. Nevaeh is described as a white female with blue and pink hair, blue/green eyes, standing 5’1” tall, and weighing 275 lbs. Distinctive to her appearance are two smiley face tattoos on her left hand. The police have issued a case number, 2026-483, in regard to the ongoing investigation and have encouraged anyone with information to come forward.
