Century 21 Scheetz is set to anchor the ground-floor commercial space at Ambrose on Main, a $27 million mixed-use project rising at the northeast corner of State Road 32 (Main Street) and East Street in downtown Westfield. The brokerage says the new office is scheduled to open in late 2026 and is expected to serve as a hub for more than 50 residential agents and support staff.

According to the City of Westfield, Hudson Investing and Bowen Capital announced the lease signing on Feb. 19, framing the deal as a sign that downtown momentum is not slowing down. The release quotes Mayor Scott Willis calling the move “another powerful affirmation of the growth and energy happening in downtown Westfield” and notes that city leaders see the office as a boost to Main Street’s daily foot traffic.

What Ambrose on Main Will Deliver

The four-story Ambrose on Main development is planned to include 87 apartment homes and roughly 13,000 square feet of commercial space, along with amenities such as a rooftop patio, a courtyard and an approximately 6,000-square-foot plaza. As outlined by Rebar Development, the project is designed to energize the eastern approach to downtown and offer walkable retail and office options that tie into the existing Main Street core.

Brokerage Expansion Brings Foot Traffic

Century 21 Scheetz says the Westfield office will be its 10th location in the Indianapolis area and its third in Hamilton County. The firm expects to house more than 50 residential agents in the space, backed by full-time support staff. The announcement, which included comments from CEO Tracy Hutton on the company’s growth strategy in Westfield, was reported by Current Publishing.

Gateway To Downtown

City officials and project backers have described Ambrose on Main as a gateway for drivers heading into downtown from the east along Ind. 32, a prominent corner they hope will convert passing motorists into paying customers for nearby businesses. That “gateway” role, along with a planned roundabout at the Main Street and East Street intersection, has featured in project materials and public remarks at the groundbreaking, according to the City of Westfield.

Timing And Leasing

Developers and the project’s marketing materials point to a late-2026 completion and indicate that pre-leasing is expected to start in summer 2026. The marketing site is already collecting interest-list signups at Ambrose on Main, while earlier coverage highlighted the same summer-2026 pre-leasing goal. At the same time, the public portfolio for Hudson Investing lists a 2027 completion date, a reminder that timelines for ground-up construction can move around as projects take shape.
