Wayne County drivers should prepare for a long-term closure on U.S. 35 between State Road 1 and Hadley Road for a bridge deck replacement project. INDOT East Central said work is expected to begin on or after Feb. 23 and could last about six months.
INDOT’s posted detour routes traffic via S.R. 1 and S.R. 38 before reconnecting with U.S. 35. Drivers are encouraged to plan ahead and monitor INDOT for updates.
