An east Indianapolis neighborhood spent Tuesday on edge after police rushed to the 600 block of North Linwood Avenue on the near-east side for reports of gunfire. Officers arrived to find an adult man suffering from apparent gunshot wounds, and he was rushed to a nearby hospital in critical condition.
