Westfield resident Elizabeth Creekmore, 41, is facing serious child sex charges after investigators say she used her 5-year-old daughter to create sexualized material for an adult subscription account. On April 22, Hamilton County prosecutors filed four counts of child exploitation and four counts of possession of child sex abuse material, and a warrant was issued for Creekmore’s arrest. Authorities say electronic devices seized from her home are now being combed through as part of the investigation.
According to the probable-cause affidavit and local reporting, the Indiana Department of Child Services first raised concerns in November 2025, which led Westfield police to serve a search warrant at Creekmore’s home in March. Officers seized cellphones and other electronics that are still being processed, YouAreCurrent reports. The affidavit alleges Creekmore “operated an online adult-content account” and used additional social platforms to market material involving a juvenile. Prosecutors filed the formal charges in Hamilton County Superior Court on April 22.
Local Reporting And Charges
Television coverage and a short video explainer quickly pushed the case into the spotlight, highlighting the charges and the active warrant for Creekmore, and the alleged victim’s age has only intensified public attention. KXAN and other local stations have walked through the list of formal counts and the ongoing investigation.
What Investigators Say
Investigators allege Creekmore ran an OnlyFans subscription account to monetize adult content and used it to promote sexualized images of the child in order to attract paying subscribers. The affidavit also claims she used a Snapchat handle to sell homemade material, according to a summary by YouAreCurrent. Probable-cause documents reportedly detail images and video recovered from the seized devices, with those descriptions filed into the record in Hamilton County court.
Legal Consequences Under Indiana Law
Under Indiana law, child exploitation and possession of child sexual-abuse material are prosecuted under IC 35-42-4-4 and related statutes, offenses that the Department of Child Services categorizes among the most serious and that can trigger both criminal cases and child-welfare actions, Indiana DCS notes. Depending on the felony level, sentencing ranges run from roughly one to six years for a Level 5 felony to about two to twelve years for a Level 4 felony, with judges retaining discretion and potential enhancements that can increase prison exposure, legal guides say. A conviction can also mean mandatory sex-offender registration and, in extreme situations, civil actions such as petitions to terminate parental rights.
Platform Context
The case lands in the middle of broader scrutiny of paywalled adult platforms. Investigative reporting has documented complaints and legal cases tied to material posted on subscription sites, and experts say those paywalls can make it harder for investigators and platforms to spot abuse. A multi-part investigation by Reuters, along with subsequent coverage cited by outlets such as Ars Technica, has outlined how millions of paywalls can frustrate efforts to detect child sexual abuse material online.
What’s Next
The warrant for Creekmore remains active and prosecutors have already placed the case on the docket in Hamilton County Superior Court. It is not yet clear when she will be arraigned or whether she has retained an attorney. Authorities are urging anyone with information to contact Westfield Police or report tips to the Indiana DCS child-abuse hotline at 1-800-800-5556. Possible online exploitation can also be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children’s CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org or by calling 1-800-THE-LOST (1-800-843-5678), channels that state and federal agencies highlight for suspected child exploitation cases.
