The carjacking was reported around 10:40 p.m. Monday in the parking lot of the IHOP just north of 96th Street. Detectives told WTHR that one suspect pointed a handgun at the victim before both teens jumped into the vehicle and drove off. Fishers police said they relied on the department's license‑plate camera alerts to follow the car's path and later found the vehicle in Indianapolis, where officers also recovered items belonging to the victim. According to the outlet, one arrested suspect was identified as Khalil Glover, while the second suspect is an unnamed 17‑year‑old male.
