The National Weather Service says additional rainfall could produce flash flooding in rivers, creeks, streams and low-lying locations. Some intense storms may drop 1 to 2 inches or more, though rainfall totals will vary sharply across the city and surrounding counties.

Scattered showers and thunderstorms remain possible Sunday night, with mostly cloudy skies and a low around 71. Rain chances drop to about 30%, but wet roads and isolated downpours could still complicate evening travel and outdoor plans. Anyone heading out should check for updated warnings and avoid driving through standing water.
Dryer Weather Takes Over Monday And Tuesday
A welcome break arrives Monday, when skies turn mostly sunny and temperatures reach about 82 degrees. Monday night will be partly cloudy with a low near 64, followed by a sunny Tuesday with another high near 82. A slight chance of showers returns after 2 a.m. Tuesday night.
Another Storm Chance Midweek
Wednesday brings a renewed chance for rain and thunderstorms, with partly sunny skies and a high near 79. The storm chance continues Wednesday night before conditions trend milder and drier Thursday through Saturday. Highs should stay in the mid-70s to upper 70s late in the week, with mostly sunny skies returning by Saturday.
