Weekend Warm-Up Arrives Quickly
Saturday looks sunny and mild, with patchy fog possible between 7 and 8 a.m. before the temperature reaches about 84 degrees. Sunday then climbs to near 89 under mostly sunny skies, marking a quick warm-up from Thursday’s forecast of a cooler, low-80s day, as per Hoodline.
90-Degree Heat Takes Over Next Week
Monday is expected to reach 92 degrees, followed by highs near 93 Tuesday and 94 Wednesday. Wednesday brings a 20% chance of showers and thunderstorms after 2 p.m., while Thursday could see a slight shower or storm chance before 8 a.m. before mostly sunny skies return.
Outdoor Plans Stay Dry For Now
No watches, warnings or advisories are in effect for Indianapolis. Friday and Saturday offer the most comfortable stretch for outdoor plans, but Sunday through Thursday will feel increasingly hot and humid, so earlier outings and regular water breaks will be the better bet.
