According to WTHR, the man said the stabbing happened at a hotel in the 6300 block of South Scatterfield Road near Interstate 69. Per WRTV, he told officers the attack took place specifically at the Red Roof Inn, located at 6325 S. Scatterfield Road. Anderson Police Department detectives opened an investigation after officers located the man in Henry County, and the department has not disclosed his name or details about where he was found or where he is from.
Hospital staff treated the man for several cuts and told WRTV he was in stable condition and expected to be released after 1 p.m. Friday. The station's report notes that medics transported him to the hospital after the altercation, which left him with multiple stab wounds.
