A 56-year-old woman has been identified as the person killed in a two-vehicle crash on the outskirts of Galva, Illinois earlier this week. The Henry County Coroner’s Office named her as Alisa Gillen, confirming she died following the collision near Illinois Route 34 and 1850 East.
According to ourquadcities.com, the crash happened in rural Galva on September 22 at approximately 5:48 p.m. Gillen was taken to OSF Saint Luke’s Hospital in Kewanee for medical evaluation and was later pronounced dead there, the outlet reported.
