Chasidy Stallworth faces six felony counts in Marion County after Indianapolis police investigated a Sept. 10 report that a man had been struck by a vehicle. The charges include two Level 3 felony aggravated-battery counts—one alleging a substantial risk of death and the other serious permanent disfigurement—and four Level 5 counts involving domestic battery and battery with a deadly weapon, according to Fox 59 and WTHR.
The injured man, identified in the reports as Stallworth’s boyfriend, was found in the roadway and taken to a hospital in critical condition with injuries across his body. Court documents said Stallworth was being held without bond while an initial hearing was scheduled for Wednesday afternoon, with a higher-than-standard bond under consideration, Fox 59 reported.
