Hector Uriostegui, 43, faces attempted first-degree murder charges after a 32-year-old man was seriously injured in a stabbing early Saturday in the 2200 block of South Michigan Avenue on Chicago's Near South Side. Chicago police said Uriostegui was taken into custody shortly after the attack.
FOX 32 Chicago reported that police placed the stabbing about 15 minutes before Uriostegui's arrest, a little after midnight Saturday. Police said the victim suffered serious injuries and that officers located Uriostegui afterward, according to the outlet's report.
