Nashville starts Friday, October 23, near 46 degrees under clear skies, with sunshine quickly warming the city toward a high near 76. The forecast stays remarkably dry and mild through next week, giving Music City plenty of blue sky but chilly mornings that still call for a light jacket.
Sunny 70s Carry Into The Weekend
Friday will remain sunny with a light east-northeast breeze around 5 mph. Saturday looks much the same, with a high near 77, light northeasterly winds and no rain in sight.
Clear skies will send temperatures back into the upper 40s Friday night and the mid-40s Saturday night. Patchy fog could develop before 7 a.m. Sunday, followed by another sunny afternoon near 77 degrees.
Foggy Starts, Warm Afternoons Next Week
Sunday night stays mostly clear, but areas of fog may form before 8 a.m. Monday. Once that fog lifts, Monday should turn mostly sunny with a high near 76, followed by a mostly sunny Tuesday near 77.
Wednesday and Thursday remain mild, with highs around 77 and 78 degrees, respectively. Overnight lows will generally stay in the upper 40s to low 50s, so the daily wardrobe may continue to require both a jacket and short sleeves.
Dry Air Keeps Fire Concerns In View
The National Weather Service says afternoon humidity could fall to roughly 20% to 30% as the dry pattern continues. Winds are expected to remain light, but the lack of rain means drought conditions across Middle Tennessee will worsen, making careless outdoor burning especially risky.
No watches, warnings or advisories are posted for Nashville. The expanded outlook adds fog details and carries the rain-free stretch through at least Thursday, October 29, building on Hoodline’s earlier forecast.
