Salt Lake City is starting Saturday clear and mild, with temperatures around 61 degrees before the city heads toward a high near 86. The forecast stays dry, making this another sunny weekend for parks, patios and late-season outdoor plans.
Sunday Brings The Warmest Afternoon
Saturday will turn partly sunny through the afternoon, with light winds and no meaningful rain chance. Sunday looks even warmer and sunnier, reaching about 88 degrees before dipping to a mild 62 overnight.
That Sunday high is a slight step up from the earlier outlook highlighted in Hoodline’s previous forecast, which called for 87 degrees. In other words, October is still refusing to act like October.
Brief Cooldown Arrives Tuesday
Monday should remain mostly sunny and warm, with a high near 87. A weak weather system may cross northern Utah late Monday into Tuesday, bringing a slight cooldown and a very low chance of isolated showers, according to the National Weather Service.
Tuesday’s high is expected to settle near 84, followed by another stretch of mostly sunny or sunny weather through Friday. Overnight lows will generally land in the upper 50s to lower 60s, and no watches, warnings or advisories are posted for the Salt Lake City area.
