Second Suspect Charged in Clackamas County for ATM Theft with Stolen Excavator
A second suspect has been arrested in the theft of an ATM using a stolen excavator in Clackamas County. Kevin Owen Miller, 51, was arraigned last week on multiple charges, including aggravated theft, criminal conspiracy, and possession of a stolen vehicle. The incident occurred on June 23 at a US Bank branch on SE Sunnyside Road. Miller’s co-defendant, Matthew Evan Armour, 32, was arraigned last month on similar charges. Miller remains in custody at Multnomah County Jail and also faces related charges in Washington.
