Papito West Set To Open On May 19Photo: Jared Schwartz/Hoodline
Get your appetites ready because Papito West has announced they'll be open for business starting this Monday, May 19.
As we reported back in January, the Chez Maman team took over the space previously occupied by Moishe's Pippic to bring another Potrero Hill restaurant to Hayes Valley. Yesterday, Jocelyn Bulow (Chez Papa Bistrot, Chez Maman) shared the news that Papito West will open next week.

Chef Reynol Martinez has prepared an offering full of organic Mexican food. According to their menu, the options will mostly consist of burritos, tacos, and quesadillas, along with their signature oyster and ceviche raw bar, a selection of small and large plates, beer, wine, and six flavors of agua fresca. Here's the full opening menu (or view it larger here).

According to a press release, Papito West will feature an exhibition kitchen, along with 40 combined seats in the dining room and bar. And as long as the weather plays nice, there will be 8 additional seats available for outdoor dining.

Starting this Monday, Papito West will be open Monday-Friday (serving lunch and dinner between 11:30am-11:00pm) and Saturday-Sunday (serving brunch from 10am-4pm and dinner from 4pm-11pm).
