A 28-year-old man was shot on the 1600 block of Sunnydale in Visitacion Valley last Friday.

Officers responding to a Shot Spotter activation found the victim with gunshot wounds on the ground.

SFPD is now seeking two male suspects, who fled the scene on foot after the shooting, heading south.

The victim was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.

No arrest was made. In September, 20-year-old Reginald Gage Jr. was fatally shot in the same housing project.

Anyone who has information about this incident is encouraged to contact SFPD via the department's anonymous tip line at 415-575-4444, or text TIP411 with "SFPD" at the start of the message.

Here’s why we usually don’t include suspect descriptions in crime reports.
