
On Saturday, October 21, the Chicago Police Department solicited public assistance in identifying a suspect from an incident on October 6, located at the 3700 block of W. Roosevelt Rd. The suspect, as described by CPD, is an African American male, approximately 25-30 years old, around 6 feet tall and weighing between 250 and 300 pounds. He was seen wearing a black face covering along with a black shirt and pants, and has black hair, as reported by CPD.
In an effort to, as swiftly as possible, solve the case, the CPD has requested public vigilance. Citizens are instructed to remain alert towards suspicious individuals or unique physical characteristics which may facilitate the identification of the suspect.
Currently, details regarding the incident's circumstances are unclear, however, the CPD has circulated detailed suspect descriptions and video evidence to accelerate the identification process.
Those with relevant details are urged by the CPD to dial 911 and furnish comprehensive descriptions of the suspect(s), including any vehicle details and license plate information as per CPD's directive.
