A tragic incident struck central Phoenix where a 61-year-old man, later identified as Mark Miller, was pronounced dead after his vehicle met a violent end against a cement irrigation outlet yesterday morning. The accident occurred around 7:15 a.m. near the intersection of 16th Street and Missouri Avenue, as stated by the Phoenix Police Department.
Detectives are currently attempting to piece together the events that led up to the fatal crash, which involved only Miller’s car. The accident was severe enough to rapidly necessitate medical intervention.
