
JUNO BEACH, Fla. — A body discovered early Tuesday morning near the Old Juno Beach Pier has prompted an extensive police investigation in the Pelican Lake area. The Juno Beach Police Department and a medical examiner were seen at the scene located at the intersection of Ocean Drive and Old Town Lane. As reported by WPTV, the body, whose identity and gender remain undisclosed, was quickly removed by a medical examiner's office.
As the mystery deepens, authorities were also observed deploying a dive team into the waters of Pelican Lake. The area, cordoned off with crime scene tape, became the focal point of the ongoing investigation, with multiple police vehicles in attendance. Details on the circumstances leading to the person's death are currently scarce, but the Juno Beach PD is actively working on the case. An update was shared by WPBF, confirming the heavy police presence but also awaiting further details from the local authorities.
