Deadly Exchange of Gunfire at Miami-Dade Strip Club Leaves One Dead, Another Injured

Early this morning, violence erupted once again outside Club Climaxxx in northwest Miami-Dade, resulting in one man dead and another critically injured. According to NBC Miami, the Miami-Dade Sheriff's Office reported they responded to the scene in the 12000 block of Northwest 27th Avenue shortly after 2 a.m., following reports of gunshots being fired. Two men were discovered with gunshot wounds in the parking lot. One of the individuals was pronounced deceased at the location, while the other was quickly taken to Jackson Memorial Hospital's Ryder Trauma Center for surgery, and is now in stable condition.

Investigators are painstakingly working to piece together the events that led up to the shooting. "The preliminary information indicates the decedent provoked a physical altercation with the victim, and there was an exchange of gunfire," a spokesperson from the Miami-Dade Sheriff's Office is quoted as saying in an email to Local 10 News. Crime scene investigators combed the area for evidence while the street remained largely cordoned off to the public for much of the early morning.

The identities of the two men involved in the shooting have not been released to the public as of yet. The incident is currently still under investigation by the MDSO Homicide Bureau as they attempt to establish a clearer picture of the circumstances surrounding the tragic event.
