The Waterworks Billing Office in Luling, located at 301 Third Street, will close early at 1:45 p.m. on Thursday. The early closure is due to a scheduled staff training session for a new call center platform, according to the St. Charles Parish.
St. Charles Parish announced that while office doors will close earlier, residents can still pay their bills online or use night boxes at both East and West Bank locations. However, in-person and phone communication with staff will be temporarily suspended during a scheduled training period.
For those with billing inquiries or seeking clarification, St. Charles Parish encourages emailing [email protected]. The team will review and respond to emails once they return from a training session. Normal business operations will resume on Friday, with regular office hours.
