The New Orleans Police Department (NOPD) has issued a call for assistance in finding a woman linked to a reported felony theft. On April 8, a man alleged that after taking the woman to his hotel room on the 600 block of Loyola Avenue, he woke up to find his belongings missing. The items listed were his cellphone, watch, and bank cards, according to the NOPD News.
The victim shared details about the theft, helping authorities piece together what happened. While the NOPD hasn't identified the suspect, they released a photo of the woman believed to be involved. They’re asking anyone with information about her location to come forward.
The NOPD is handling the investigation and has requested that anyone with information that could lead to an arrest or provide further insight into the incident contact their Eighth District detectives.
