On September 21, it is reported that the suspect committed a string of auto burglaries on Burgundy Street and Conti Street, which has stirred the local community into a state of alert and caution. The NOPD has released images of the suspect and is urging anyone with information to come forward, as mentioned in a recent NOPD News article.
In their efforts to capture the person responsible, the police described the incidents occurring in the 400 block of Burgundy Street and subsequently in the 1000 block of Conti Street.
As this investigation continues, the New Orleans Police Department is appealing to the public to aid in the apprehension of this individual to prevent further incidents and to assure the community that justice is not just a concept, but a living, breathing entity within their city. Anyone with information is urged to contact the authorities and could potentially provide the missing link needed to solve this string of auto burglaries.
