According to the St. Bernard Parish Sheriff's Office's Facebook post, 19-year-old Malajah Lougin was arrested and charged as a principal to second-degree murder. The arrest follows the earlier booking of 23-year-old Tyreese Riley on the same charge.

Deputies responded to Colonial Boulevard in Violet around 12:40 p.m. on Thursday last week. They found a 17-year-old male with a gunshot wound behind a business. The victim was transported to a local hospital, where he later died.

Authorities are still searching for three additional suspects. Marcus Venible, 23, is wanted for second-degree murder. Maliek Pickens, 21, and Arthur Coleman, 20, are each wanted for principal to second-degree murder. Active warrants have been issued for their arrests.
