The incident, which occurred around 4:45 p.m., allegedly involved the victim’s children being present. Arceneaux is wanted on charges of aggravated battery, violation of a protective order, and domestic abuse child endangerment after fleeing the scene.

According to the New Orleans Police Department on their Facebook page, detectives identified Arceneaux as the suspect in the stabbing in the 900 block of Stanton Road. The victim was allegedly stabbed with a knife around 4:45 p.m. while the victim's children were present, and officers are treating the case as aggravated battery and a violation of an existing protective order.
