The collaborative is trying to hack its way into a new location after its landlord refused to renew its lease.

This newcomer offers a variety of potted plant options, including pet-friendly plants and plants for small spaces.

Edith and Marco Paz opened their salon in 1985, a year after they moved to San Francisco.

The new salon will offer 20% off all services for its grand opening.

Shoppers will find a handful of independent shops offering fresh produce, sandwiches and dry goods.

"Our landlord's never wanted to give us a break," said owner Noel Kelton.

To qualify, a business must have "existed for more than 30 years" and "show significant contribution to San Francisco's identity.

The studio offers a variety of classes for all skill levels, including yoga barre and hot power fusion.

The store's lease is set to expire.

The 59-year-old Excelsior restaurant has adapted over the years to serve a changing neighborhood.

Classes are open to all, regardless of skill level or experience.

When asked about her future plans, owner Alanna Rayford said, “I will always be an entrepreneur.”

The Austin-based apparel company plans to host community events like dog jogs and yoga.
