Six Sundays of car-free community spaces and fabulous family fun are lined up again for 2023, so mark your calendar with the brand new 2023 Sunday Streets schedule for the event series’ 15th anniversary.

The Bayview just got lucky, as a 10,000 square-foot Lucky supermarket has opened in the long-vacant former Walgreens location in the Bayview Plaza Shopping Center.

A fenced-off patch of land began its transformation Wednesday into the 10-acre, $140 million India Basin Waterfront Park, a crown jewel that will give Bayview a waterfront park, and build a bike and walking trail between the Embarcadero and Candlestick Point.
