Park Station is seeking the victim of a July assault at Waller and Belvedere to help build a case against the suspect, who police have identified.

The suspect in the incident remains at large.

The fire, which took place in the early hours of Sunday morning, damaged two residential buildings.

A dog was also rescued from the blaze, which broke out in the middle of the night. According to SFFD, one person was displaced as a result of the fire.

Smoke from the fire, which injured a firefighter, is visible as far as the East Bay.

Two people are in critical condition after being struck over the weekend by drivers in the Mission and on Van Ness Avenue.

The collision occurred around 9 a.m. this morning, and the pedestrian remains in life-threatening condition.

Rescuers performed CPR but the swimmer did not survive. No details about the identity of the swimmer were immediately available.

Officials say the person is in serious condition, with burns to 70% of their body.

The victim was transported to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries and died in the hospital.
