"As a cyclist and pedestrian myself, every time I cross this crosswalk, I’m in fear," says a neighbor who witnessed the fatal collision.

The suspect U-turned, got out of her car and attacked the victim.

In one case, a victim attempted to fight off two muggers.

Police arrested the assailant after the attack.
