Devil’s Teeth Baking Company expands to the Outer RichmondPhoto: Maria M./Yelp

Lovers of fresh-baked biscuits, rejoice: Outer Sunset staple Devil’s Teeth Baking is expanding to the Outer Richmond.

Taking over the Marla Bakery space at 3619 Balboa St. (between 37th and 38th avenues), this is the second location of the popular bakery, which opened its flagship shop back in 2011. It offers a full selection of cookies, cinnamon rolls, sourdough bread and more.

Customers at Devil's Teeth's original Outer Sunset location form lines out the door for the hit bacon-egg-and-cheese breakfast sandwich, served on a housemade buttermilk biscuit. The new spot also serves coffee, tea and other cafe fare.

This fresh outpost of Devil's Teeth Baking has proven popular thus far, with a five-star rating out of six reviews on Yelp.

Cindy V., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on Feb. 9, wrote, "The biscuits! I've been going for YEARS to the Sunset location, but the biscuits here beat the ones in the Sunset. Weird, right?"

Yelper Wendy H. noted, "A big thumbs up for me!"

Head on over to check it out: Devil’s Teeth Baking is open from 7 a.m.–4 p.m. daily.
