Boucherie West Village — the 320-seat French brasserie in the former Circle Repertory Theater — technically holds an A grade after its March 31 re-inspection scored 13 points. What those 13 points include: evidence of mice, live roaches, harborage conditions, and damaged canned goods. The initial inspection in November had already found mice.
