Drones swept Acalanes High while officers searched Stanley Intermediate after an anonymous automated call — both campuses were cleared by early afternoon.

An 18-year-old and 21-year-old were shot multiple times on Filbert Street early Monday. Police say the shooters fled before they arrived.

The $20 million plan follows a 2017 crosswalk death and years of merchant pushback along the corridor.
