The Michelin-starred eatery will only be closed for a few weeks, owners say.
"We hope Cold Drinks will return a lost glamour to San Francisco," said barman Duggan McDonnell.
Expect a variety of salad bowls, wraps, soups and other veggie-forward prepared meals.
